Opinion on the Judicial Reform Legislative Amendments

The Coalition for an Independent and Transparent Judiciary developed a commentary on the draft legal amendments developed by the Ministry of Justice with an aim to further the judicial reform in Georgia. The comments concern the draft amendments to the following laws: Organic Law on Common Courts, Law on High School of Justice, Law on Judicial Disciplinary Liability and Disciplinary Process. The Coalition submitted the comments to the Ministry of Justice, High Council of Justice, Chief Justice and Legal Committee at the Parliament of Georgia.
